PHYTEC hardware based on Freescale/NXP Power Architecture devices drives the REFUsol 12kW – 24kW Power Class String Inverters, which offer industry-best top efficiency of 98.2%.

The Solution
The small form factor of the phyCORE-MPC5200B Tiny System on Module made it an ideal fit for REFU Elektronik. PHYTEC designed a completely custom board by combining the compact circuitry of the SOM into a single PCBA with dedicated I/O connectors.
