The i.MX 8 Processor
The NXP i.MX 8 Series processors offer fast multi-OS platform deployment via advanced full-chip hardware virtualization and domain protection. The processor can support rich, fully-independent graphics content across 4x HD screens or 1x 4K screen while assuring all displays are always-on via SafeAssure technology. In addition, vision and speech recognition can be realized via a powerful vision pipeline and audio processing subsystem.
The phyCORE-i.MX 8 utilizes rugged Sam-Tec connectors which allows access to the processors features and advanced I/O.
