Product Overview
The phyCORE-AM62Px System on Module delivers scalable performance and advanced multimedia capabilities in a compact, production-ready SOM. Based on the Texas Instruments AM62Px Sitara® processor, this module combines powerful compute, integrated graphics, and extensive connectivity to accelerate the development of modern industrial and embedded vision applications.
Designed in a compact 35 mm x 50 mm phyCORE form factor, the module provides a low-EMI, ready-to-integrate solution with up to 8GB LPDDR4 memory and 128GB eMMC storage. Gigabit Ethernet, USB, CAN-FD, camera interfaces, and multiple display outputs makes the phyCORE-AM62Px an ideal platform for HMI, industrial control, edge AI, and multimedia-enabled embedded systems.

Features
Advanced Display and Multimedia Support
Enables rich graphical user interfaces with support for multiple display interfaces including DSI, OLDI/LVDS, and RGB parallel output. Combined with the graphics capabilities of the TI AM62Px processor, developers can build responsive industrial HMIs, smart displays, and multimedia-enabled embedded devices.
Camera and Vision Integration
With an integrated MIPI CSI camera interface, the phyCORE-AM62Px supports camera connectivity for machine vision, monitoring systems, and intelligent edge devices. This makes the module well suited for applications requiring image capture, analysis, or visual feedback.
