QUESTION: What is your favorite thing about being a woman?
Being able to give birth to my son, Aiden. Love him sooooo much.

QUESTION: What woman inspires you and why?
Dr. Ruth Westheimer – she is funny, wise, and she has had a heck of a life. Still going at age 91. She reminds me of another remarkable women, my grandmother, Orpah Bosch. She was an artist, a teacher, and lived a full, long life as well. They both were strong women throughout their lives.

QUESTION: Are there any assumptions about women that you would like to change and why?
The assumption is that women and men are equal, which is not exactly true. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, and it is up to each individual to utilize their own strengths and accept their weaknesses.

QUESTION: What do you believe will be the biggest challenge for the generation of women behind you?
Making a path for themselves based on their needs and wants instead of doing what they think everyone else expects of them in this world of social media.

QUESTION: What advice would you give a woman who wants to enter the same field as you?
If you like wearing a lot of hats, this job is for you. Go for it, but always make time for family and friends. Balance is tricky, but it is the key.
