Product Overview
At the heart of the phyBOARD®-AM62x is the industrial phyCORE-AM 62x, a versatile module for a wide range of embedded applications with scalability for features as well as cost optimization. This rich multimedia insert ready single-board computer (SBC) is equipped with Ethernet, CAN, UART, I2C, SPI , dual display, MIPI CSI-2 camera, and audio. As a NextGen Sitara Application the phyBOARD®-AM62x offers a modern FTDI interface allows software download and debugging, perfect for development. Paired alongside the a M.2 connectorized Wifi and bluetooth module extension making this product perfect for IoT devices.

The AM62x Processor
The Texas Instruments Sitara™ AM62x processor features up to quad-core 1.4GHz Arm® Cortex®-A53 for Linux or Android based applications. In addition, dual core PRU-ICSS offers real-time I/O control with an Arm®Cortex-M4F co-processor for further isolating critical tasks and processes. Optional 3D GPU supports up to 2048×1080 @60fps makes this processor platform ideal for industrial HMI.
