The phyFLEX-i.MX 6 SOM supports the NXP i.MX 6Solo, i.MX 6Dual, and i.MX 6Quad application processors offering a broad range of solutions with emphasis from cost-efficiency to high demand performance at low power. The three innovative SOM interconnects provide standardization across the phyFLEX product family and highlight features such as USB, Gigabit Ethernet, CAN, PCIe, SATA, multiple simultaneous displays, camera interface, and HDMI v1.4.

Scalable

Customization options to scale from a single- to quad-core processor, 256 MB to 4 GB DDR3 RAM, and a range of flash options from 128 MB to 1GB.

Display Capabilities

The phyFLEX-i.MX 6 SOM can support up to 4 displays + HDMI. Utilize this on your multi-display-panel application.

Dual Ethernet Reference Circuit

The NXP i.MX 6 series of applications processors supports 1x Gigabit Ethernet. Add additional Ethernet interfaces to your carrier board using the EIM bus and PHYTEC’s reference circuitry.

Customizable Connector

The phyFLEX-i.MX 6 features a configurable interconnect. With all three connectors populated you have the maximum number of supported processor interfaces. You can also choose to not populate connectors to save cost.
