phyCORE-AM65x Cloud Connected Demo
This demo showcases the phyCORE-AM65x SOM and it’s connectivity features. It includes a phyNODE device that communicates to the phyCORE-AM65x over Bluetooth. The phyCORE-AM65x then sends data to the cloud (adafruit.io in this case) and a web applet renders the data. The phyCORE-AM65x SOM features pre-certified embedded WiFi which allows customers to quickly develop and deploy their connected designs. In addition the phyCORE-AM65x module supports industrial protocols, such as EtherCAT, and software technologies such as cloud frameworks.
phyCORE-AM57x Android Demo
This demo showcases Android running on the phyCORE-AM57x SOM. PHYTEC offers ready-to-go BSPs that include support for TI Linux, TI-RTOS, and TI Android. Develop and deploy Android applications quickly on PHYTEC’s phyCORE-AM57x SOM.
phyBOARD-i.MX7 Amazon Greengrass/Machine Learning demo
This demo utilizes a phyBOARD-i.MX 7, camera, PEB-D-RPI expansion board, and a basic robotic arm to show how you can run inference detection algorithms on low cost and low energy edge devices. The demo utilizes PHYTEC’s BSP which includes support for Amazon Greengrass and ApacheMXnet. Running machine vision and inference models at the edge can reduce overall latency and operational cost when compared to using traditional models where sending collected image and sensor data is sent to the cloud for processing. Use PHYTEC’s SOMs to get started quickly and take advantage of PHYTEC’s Board Support Packages which include support for Amazon Greengrass and Amazon’s Machine Learning. We are excited to be showing this demo at the Amazon Web Services booth in hall 4, booth 568.
