phyCORE-OMAP4430 Overview
The phyCORE-OMAP44xx System on Module (SOM) supports the dual-core ARM® Cortex™-A9 MPCore™ based OMAP4430 applications processor from Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI). The phyCORE-OMAP4430/4460 SOM operates in a -40°C to + 85°C industrial temperature range and has a form factor of only 41 x 51mm. It is extremely well suited for deployment in wireless, industrial, video/imaging, medical and other vertical embedded applications.

- PowerVR SGX540 Graphics that supports OpenGL® ES v2.0, OpenGL ES v1.1, OpenVG v1.1 and EGL v1.3
- IVA3 Hardware Accelerator that supports high definition stereoscopic 3D encode/decode (OMAP4430: 720p, OMAP4460: 1080p)
- Neon SIMD and VFPv3 per CPU core
- 512 MB LPDDR2, optional 1 GB
- 512 MB NAND, optional 128 MB, 256 MB or 1 GB
- 2 SDIO/SD/MMC
- 10/100 Ethernet
- USB 2.0 High Speed Host and OTG
