The first step is to contact the PHYTEC distributor in your country. They will provide you with initial support for your PHYTEC product.

Step Two:

If you need additional support, please send an email to with a copy to the distributor. Our support team will assist you within 48 business hours!

If you are interested in ordering a product from PHYTEC, follow these steps:

Step Two:

All the information you need concerning our products can be obtained from the PHYTEC distributor for your country. Only if PHYTEC does not have a distributor in your country will PHYTEC deliver directly to an end customer.

PHYTEC does not deliver directly to any countries where we have existing distributors!
