Statement re: WEEE Compliance of PHYTEC Hardware Subassemblies

As a manufacturer of electronic hardware subassemblies, PHYTEC recognizes its obligation towards environmental protection. We maintain environmentally sound practices of handling all inputs for manufacture of our products, and strive to work in a manner that maximizes energy efficiency and minimizes impact on the environment. All waste is disposed of or recycled in accordance to environmentally-sound practices and legal requirements.

Due to the minimal environmental impact of the materials used in the manufacture of our products – such as small quantities of fluxing agents and solder – PHYTEC has deemed that it does not require formal certification per ISO14001 or specific ISO9001 standards in regards to the European Union WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment - 2002/95/EC) Directive.
