OMAP4460/OMAP4430 SOM Description
The phyCORE-OMAP44xx System on Module (SOM) supports the dual-core Cortex™-A9 based OMAP4460 and OMAP4430 applications processors from Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI). The phyCORE-OMAP4460/OMAP4430 SOM operates in a -40°C to + 85°C industrial temperature range and has a form factor of only 41 x 51mm. It is extremely well suited for deployment in wireless, industrial, video/imaging, medical and other vertical embedded applications.
