SOM Description

The compatibility mode of the XAC37 and other XA controllers enables easy migration from 8051-compatible devices to this 16-bit architecture. For memory extensive applications, this microcontroller enables memory models with up to 1 MB for CODE as well as XDATA memory. With the help of a software-configurable PLD, the address area for CODE space can be extended up to 2 MB.
