SOM Description
PHYTEC insert-ready, OEMable modules support the engineer in every stage of embedded design: from evaluation, through development and prototyping, to OEM deployment. PHYTEC production-ready modules are designed to be plugged onto customer application target boards. Implementation of the nanoMODUL-STM32F103 SOM subassembly as the "core" of an embedded design allows developers to focus on target circuitry and firmware development.
The nanoMODUL-STM32F103 is an insert-ready System on Module (SOM) subassembly in miniature dimensions, populated with an STMicro ARM Cortex M3 device. The STM32 family of 32-bit Flash Microcontrollers is specifically developed for embedded applications. It offers excellent real-time operations, outstanding power efficiency and highly integrated peripherals such as CAN, USB, Timers, ADC, DAC and up to 85 GPIOs.
The nanoMODUL-STM32F103 will be available in a Rapid Development Kit bundled with the Keil MDK ARM development tools.
