ARM9 Boards - System on Modules with ARM9 microprocessor core
ARM9 is the most popular ARM architecture with more than 100 silicon licensees. PHYTEC delivers System On Module support for two different ARM926EJ manufacturers: NXP and Freescale. The NXP LPC3180 and LPC3250 operate at 208 MHz and include a vector floating-point co-processor as well as an ultra-low-power sleep mode. The Freescale i.MX27 operates at 400 MHz and is available in both the IO-rich phyCORE and the ultra-compact phyCARD versions.
