SBC Module Description
The phyCORE-PXA255 is designed for use in industrial applications that require high processing speed with low power. All that is required for operation is a single supply voltage of 3.3V. 128 MB SDRAM and 64 MB Flash are integrated on the subminiature (70 x 57 mm) Single Board Computer module. The program memory can be expanded on the module with memory cards in the 8 to 512 MB range. An SPI port expander with 28 GPIOs for matrix keypads and a touch screen controller are also available on the phyCORE-XScale/PXA255. A 10/100Mbps Ethernet and a CAN controller also populate the module, enabling connection of the phyCORE-PXA255 to networks. All controller and peripheral signals extend to two 160-pin Molex connectors on the underside of the phyCORE-XScale/PXA255.
Processor Details
The phyCORE-XScale/PXA255 supports the Intel PXA255 controller.
