Description
Optional upgrades expand the functionality of the NEW PCAN-Explorer 5, an universal tool for monitoring data traffic on a CAN network.
The J1939 Add-in provides support that was not available on previous versions of PCAN-Explorer. The add-in supports all definitions established by the standard's parameter groups and provides a simple means of accessing the parameters. A complete database of all the definitions and the parameters contained is also supplied.
The Plotter Add-in is a continuous line recorder, which enables graphical representation of CAN data with any desired number of channels.
The CANdb-Import Add-in enables reading of CAN files, a useful tool to anyone who does not want to rewrite their entire data base in Sym-Format by hand.
The Instruments Panel Add-in enables graphical representation of information in the form of analog and digital display instruments. The integrated potentiometers, switches and sliding controls enable generation of signals on the bus as well.
PCAN-Explorer and all add-in/plug-ins for the PCAN-Explorer run under Windows® 7/Vista/XP (32/64Bit) and support all PC-CAN interfaces made by PEAK.
J1939 Add-in Features
