We will use this information only to respond to you in regards to PHYTEC products and services, as well as to contact you via email in the future to inform you about new products and services, or changes to this privacy policy. PHYTEC is the sole owner of any information collected on our sites. Your information will not be shared with any Third Party, other than is necessary to fulfill request; such as: sharing your contact information with couriers for the purpose of shipping orders, or with our bank for processing of credit card and other applicable forms of payments.

PHYTEC is committed to protecting the security of the information that you provide. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All sensitive information - such as credit card data – is encrypted and securely transmitted to us. This can be verified by the a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser when on applicable pages on the PHYTEC web sites, and by the "https" at the beginning of the address of applicable web pages.

PHYTEC also protects your information offline. Only employees with a “need to know” to perform a specific job – such as order processing – can access applicable personal information. The computers and servers on which we store personal information are kept in a secure environment. Confidential financial data, such as credit card information, is not maintained in hard copy format.
